The Wesleyan Astronomy Department - with support from The Resource Center, Wesleyan Women in Science, and City of Middletown’s LGBTQIA+ Commission - is proud to announce our first annual Star Gay-zing event as part of the Wesleyan Pride Month 2024 schedule. 

Bring your friends and meet us under the stars at the Van Vleck Observatory on Friday, October 11th 7-9pm. Check out Jupiter & Saturn through a telescope, enjoy treats, mini talks on LGBT topics in astronomy, a planetarium show, and more. All ages, genders, identities, and majors welcome!
