Join Middletown Pride for a presentation from the author-illustrator team of “Connecticut Cryptids” at the Wesleyan RJ Julia bookstore on Thursday, Nov. 7 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. This event is free, but the first 30 registered attendees will receive a copy of the book to keep, as well as a complimentary beverage ticket! Come learn about cryptids, cryptozoology, and the Connecticut River Serpent, first spotted along the Middletown and Portland shores in 1886, while you sip a special cryptid-themed beverage crafted by the amazing team behind the counter at Story and Soil.
